I am a masters in computer science in perception and robotics from Georgia tech. Here are some of the projects related to computer vision, robotics and perception that i have completed as part of my studies and research work.
Using transformers for Grasp Detection (Github Link)
The project uses a similar architecture as DETR. However changes where made to the project to include the major available datasets for grasp detection mainly the Cornell dataset for grasping . and the jacquard Dataset. . Another major change was how to find grasp boxes as well as their orientation. The loss was calculated based on IOU using help of hungarian matcher.
ADWORDS GRADER TOOL
Created a tool using Numpy, Python and Rest API’s to generate an audit report. The tool was means as a lead generation tool for agencies.
Activity Detection using 3D Resnets
In the project we worked with the hmdb dataset, various data transformation where applied to the dataset to treat the class imbalance. 3D resnets where used for activity recognition based on the Representation flow Paper.
Visual Slam using Factor Graphs ( Github Link)
In this project based on the following architecture a visual slam system was built, the front end uses Perspective-n-Point algorithm. The backend optimisations are done using Factor Graphs.
